These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Vicky Pearson Media.
By commissioning work or using services provided by Vicky Pearson Media, you agree to these terms.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

Creative support & ongoing design work
Quotes & Payments
Quotes are provided based on the scope of work discussed with the client.
Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
Invoices must be paid by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
No completed work, final files, non-watermarked designs, website access or deliverables will be released until payment has been received in full.
Late payments may result in delays, paused work or cancellation of ongoing services.
Website Payments
Website projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins.
The remaining balance must be paid before the website goes live or final access/details are handed over.
Website hosting and domain costs are separate and are paid directly to the relevant provider.
These costs are outside the control of Vicky Pearson Media.
Monthly Services
Ongoing monthly services, including social media management or ongoing creative support, are invoiced monthly with 7 day payment terms unless otherwise agreed.
Late payment may result in services being paused until payment has been received.
One-Off Creative Projects
For one-off creative services such as graphics, print materials, branding or document design, payment is required upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Final files will only be released once payment has been received.
Refunds & Cancellations
The 50% website deposit is non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided for completed work or completed services.
If a project is cancelled after work has already begun, Vicky Pearson Media reserves the right to invoice for work already completed up to that point.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying:

logos
-
images
-
written content
-
branding assets
-
login details
-
approvals
-
feedback
where required for the project.
Clients are also responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any content, images, logos or materials supplied.
Project timelines may be affected if required content, feedback or approvals are delayed.
A timeline for work will be agreed before the project begins.
Revisions & Approval Process
Website projects include two rounds of revisions unless otherwise agreed.
For other creative services, reasonable revisions are included where appropriate within the agreed scope of the project.
Additional revisions or major changes outside the agreed project scope may result in additional charges.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final work before release, print or publication.
Print Design
Vicky Pearson Media is not responsible for printing errors once final artwork has been approved by the client.
Colours may vary slightly between screens, printers and printed materials.
Clients are responsible for checking all spelling, information and details before approving final artwork for print.
Social Media Services
Social media support and management services are provided based on the agreed scope of work.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving content where required.
Vicky Pearson Media cannot guarantee specific engagement levels, follower growth, reach or business results from social media activity.
Website Services
Typical website projects take approximately 4–6 weeks depending on:

how quickly content is supplied
Website timelines are estimates and may vary.
Once website access or login details have been handed over to the client, ongoing responsibility for the website transfers to the client unless an ongoing maintenance agreement is in place.
Website maintenance may be available either:

as a monthly service
OR -
on an edit-by-edit basis
unless otherwise agreed.
Copyright & Portfolio Use
Completed work may be displayed in the Vicky Pearson Media portfolio, website or social media unless otherwise agreed with the client.
Copyright for completed work transfers to the client once final payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.
Vicky Pearson Media reserves the right to use project previews, mockups or examples for promotional purposes.
Limitation Of Liability
Vicky Pearson Media will not be held responsible for:

third party platform issues
-
hosting provider issues
-
domain provider issues
-
printing company errors
-
client supplied content
-
delays caused by missing content or approvals
-
losses resulting from downtime, technical problems or circumstances outside reasonable control
Age Requirement
Services are intended for clients aged 18 and over.
Changes To These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated occasionally without prior notice.
Continued use of services after updates are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
